Delete your AgencyNX account

AgencyNX is a travel-agency management app operated by Khajoora Tech. This page explains how to request deletion of your AgencyNX account and the personal data associated with it, what is deleted, what we are required to keep, and how long it takes.

What we delete

On a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymise:

• Your account and profile data — your name, email address and (if provided) phone number.
• Your push notification tokens — the device identifiers used to send you notifications.
• Where the whole agency account is closed, your agency’s business records — customers, leads, bookings and proposals.

What we keep, and why

We retain financial and transactional records — such as invoices, receipts and payment records — for up to 8 years, to comply with Indian tax and accounting law. These records may be retained even after your account is deleted, as permitted or required by law.

How long it takes

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except for the records we are required or permitted by law to retain (see above).

Staff users

If you are a staff user, your account may also be deleted by your agency administrator. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings, and signing out removes your device’s push token from your account.
